This well loved bear had lost his arms when the steel wire holding them on, rusted through. I used a metal coat hanger of a similar gauge to the original wire, opened the tops of each arm, then reassembled the little guy. I  also knit him a sweater to save his body from further wear and tear. He resides in England with his original owner.
